Managing your payment

View or update payment details

  • Login via Moonfruit.com > Click the menu icon in the top right corner > 'Billing'.
  • On the billing page you’ll see ‘Change Payment Method'.
  • Here you can see the current card used for your subscription. If you add new card details these will replace the current card information to ensure that your payments continue without interruption.

 

View or update billing contact details

  • Login via Moonfruit.com > Click the menu icon in the top right corner > 'Billing'.
  • On the billing page you’ll see ‘Update your bill-to details'.
  • Here you can see the current bill-to details including name, address and email. We will send all payment confirmations and billing correspondence to this email address so it's important you make sure it is kept up to date.

 

View subscription payments

  • Login via Moonfruit.com > Click the menu icon in the top right corner > 'Billing'.
  • Payments taken are marked with a 'Processed' status, and failed payments are displayed in red. The date payment is taken is displayed in the 'Date' column.
  • You can view the period a specific payment covers in the 'Service Period' column.

 

VAT Invoices

  • Login via Moonfruit.com > Click the menu icon in the top right corner > 'Billing'.
  • Click the arrow icon in the invoice column to download your invoice as a PDF.
