As you can see this is entirely different from the old support and forum pages. We split up the page to make it easier to get help - be it finding out if there is an issue or something new (Moonfruit News), getting help from your fellow Moonfruiters (Forum), leaving a comment for the Moonfruit team (Give us your feedback), or searching for direct help from our FAQ.
The main function of this page is to provide a resource where you can get solutions to your questions or problems quickly. Searching (use the search field beside the submit button) will provide suggestions from all areas (including the Forum) that match the keywords you input. And if all else fails you can still contact the Support team to get assistance.
This is a new system for us that we feel will provide a greater level of support for all our customers. It will take us some time to update the FAQs, migrate some historical posts from the old forum and tidy up the User Guides but our intention is to make this a comprehensive knowledge base.
So if you have any comments please use the Feedback section and tell us what works, and what needs improvement. Thanks
